Here’s a sampling of websites that will help you start learning about writing grant proposals. You will note that many of these sites have their own links pages that list numerous additional resources for nonprofit organizations.
Nonprofit Fundamentals – Grant Writing – January 27 & 28, 2021, from 9:30am – 12:30pm
An empty page can be a grant writer’s worst nightmare. But even when you finally get started there’s more to it than just filling in the blanks. You need to be able to collect and coordinate information from staff, manage your time, create strong budgets that tie to grant goals, be clear and concise in your narrative . . . the list goes on and on.
If you can’t get started because your paralyzed by the enormity of the task, are stuck somewhere in the “muddle,” or would just be grateful for some new ideas and refreshers then Pathways’ Nonprofit Fundamentals Grant Writing course will help you successfully navigate the process. The class offers both beginning and developing proposal writers a comprehensive view on how to develop a winning project, identify funders, build relationships with foundations, and write applications that meet the high standards of grantmakers.
